• Accommodates 14 students. It is situated at Central, close to the Donkin Reserve Park, St. Georges Cricket Stadium, and NMB Art Museum.
• All rooms are furnished with single bed, study desk, study chair, study lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf, and paper bin.
