    Description 

    • Accommodates 186 students, and it is a unisex residence. It is situated at Summerstrand, close to SPAR shopping centre, the NMMU North and South Campus.
    • All rooms are furnished with single bed, study desk, study chair, study lamp, wardrobe, bookshelf, and paper bin.
    • This is a property with special conditions namely,  no study centres and computer lab, etc. This is due to the fact that these are townhouses within a complex.

    Facilities: 

    • Pre-paid Electricity @ R270 per student (provided by the service provider)
    • 2 Cleaning services of communal areas per week & mid-term deep clean
    • Unlimited Wifi
    • Self-Catering Facilities, each kitchen is provided with a stove, fridge, microwave and a washing machine

    Other services: 

    • Shuttle stop at Gomery Avenue bus stop

    Comments: Bring own towels and Bedding (duvets, blankets, comforters, sheet, pillows, etc.) as it is not supplied.
